ხეცურიანის სომელიეს სკოლა (Khetsuriani Sommelier School) როგორც ღვინისა და ალკოჰოლური სასმელების საგანმანათლებლო ორგანიზაციის (Wine and Spirits Education Trust – WSET) პროგრამების აკრედიტებული მიმწოდებელი საქართველოში და საქართველოს სომელიეთა ასოციაცია (Georgian Sommelier Association), აცხადებენ WSET Level 2 Award in Wines კურსის 2020 სასწავლო წლის მორიგ ნაკადს საქართველოში.
მე-2 დონის კურსის გავლისათვის, 1-ლი დონის სერთიფიკატი სავალდებულო არ არის. WSET-ის სერტიფიკატი ღვინოსა და ალკოჰოლურ სასმელებში საერთაშორისოდ აღიარებული კვალიფიკაციაა და შექმნილია ალკოჰოლური სასმელების როგორც პროფესიონალებისთვის, ასევე – დამწყებებისთვის, რომელთაც სურთ, გაიღრმავონ ცოდნა ალკოჰოლური სასმელების შესახებ.
სომელიეს სტატუსის მისაღებად WSET level 2-ის გამოცდის წარმატებით ჩაბარება სავალდებულოა, ისევე როგორც საქართველოს სომელიეთა ასოციაციის გამოცდის „GSA 60“
კურსი გათვლილია მომავალი სომელიეებისთვის, ღვინის წარმოების, გაყიდვების, სასტუმრო თუ სარესტორნო ბიზნესში მოღვაწე პროფესიონალებისა თუ ენთუზიასტებისთვის, რომელთაც სურთ, უფრო სტრუქტურულად შეისწავლონ ღვინო და სხვა ალკოჰოლური სასმელები.
WSET 2- ის კურსდამთავრებულებს ცოდნა ექნებათ შემდეგ სფეროებში:
– მსოფლიო ღვინოები, ძირითადი რეგიონები და ვაზის ჯიშები;
– ღვინის დეგუსტაციის საერთაშორისო სტანდარტი;
– ღვინის სერვირების საერთაშორისო სტანდარტი;
– ღვინის ბიზნესი და მარკეტინგი;
– ენოგასტრონომიული შეხამების საერთაშორისო სტანდარტი;
WSET 2- ის კურსი ინგლისურ ენაზეა და შესაბამისად, ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა საშუალო დონეზე ყველა კანდიდატისთვის აუცილებელია.
WSET Level 2 Award in Wines კურსი გაიმართება 26, 28, 30 ოქტომბერს და 2, 4 ნოემბერს, ხოლო გამოცდა ჩატარდება 8 ნოემბერს.

Khetsuriani Sommelier School, the Approved Program Provider of the Wines and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) in Georgia and Georgian Sommelier Association announce the usual launch of WSET Level 2 Award in Wines course 2020 in Georgia.
To attend WSET Level 2 course it is not compulsory to have the WSET Level 1 Award. The WSET Award in Wines and Spirits is an internationally recognized qualification and is designed for wine and spirits professionals, as well as, for the beginners who want to deepen their knowledge of spirits. For getting the title of a sommelier it is mandatory to pass the WSET Level 2 exam successfully, as well as, the Georgian Sommelier Association exam “GSA 60”.
The course is designed for future sommeliers, wine production, sales, hotel or restaurant business professionals or enthusiasts who want to study wine and other spirits in a more structured way.
WSET graduates will have knowledge in the following areas:
– World wines, main regions and varieties of vines;
– International standard of wine tasting;
– International standard of wine serving;
– Wine business and marketing;
– International standard of eno-gastromonic pairings;
Please note that the WSET 2 course will be run in English and therefore average level of English language skills for all candidates is mandatory.
WSET Level 2 Award in Wines course will be held on October 26, 28, 30 and November 2, 4, and the exam will be held on November 8.
